Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right size?

Start with the Fit & Size Guide, then check the size chart on the exact product you want. Harness and clothing sizes vary by style. Measure your dog rather than choosing by weight alone.

Are your products only for dachshunds?

No. Choose based on your dog's measurements and the fit of the individual product. Our dachshund models show how some styles fit, but breed alone does not determine sizing.

Does a harness come with a leash?

Check the individual listing. Cocoa Ranch, Sherpa Aviator, Riviera and Nantucket harnesses have matching leashes sold separately. The Plush Fleece Signature Harness & Leash Set includes both pieces.

What is included in the Fluff Jacket Set?

The set includes the sweater and leash only. A hat is not included.

How do I find matching pieces?

Look for the matching-product links in the listing description. Match the collection name and color before ordering. If you are unsure, ask us.

How should I care for my purchase?

Follow the care instructions on the individual listing and product label. Care varies by item. Contact us before washing if you cannot find instructions.
